As we look back into 2021 in review, it was definitely an overwhelming year as we were blessed with more business than we were able to handle and because of that it has affected the quality of our customer service.
As a business, we pride ourselves in our customer service for many years and not being able to keep up with it has been heart wrenching and humbling.
With that being said, due to the amount of bookings and inquiries at this point in the year, with deepest regret, we have decided to close bookings for 2022
so that we can better service our current clients.
