As we look back into the past few years in review, it has been quite an overwhelming but blissful time in our business and in our lives. We were and continued to be blessed with more business than we were able to grasp each year as our business and clientele continues to grow.
For many years as a business, we pride ourselves in our customer service. Because were were not able to keep up with the demand of our business, our customer services was greatly affected, which has been heart wrenching and humbling.
With that being said NexGen Events & Design/Photo Booth have decided to take a slight step back on the amount of clients we accept each year. We would like to take the extra time to put more focus on our clients and services and rebuild and strengthen our customer service.
